Pay-per-sale is a pricing model used in e-commerce where the merchant only pays a commission to the agency when a sale is made as a result of the marketing efforts.
This is in contrast to the pay-per-click model, where the merchant pays a commission to the agency every time a user clicks on one of the ads, regardless of whether or not a sale is made. Pay-per-sale is a good option for merchants who want to pay only for sales directly attributed to their marketing efforts.
